Nationally scarce (Na) on sea cliffs in Dorset and southern Wales. In Hampshire there is a two records of singletons on Hayling Island in 1922. Not recorded from the Isle of Wight to date. Wingspan 27-30 mm. Unmistakable. Larva feeds on Golden-samphire.
