Extinct in the British Isles, formerly known only from dry heathland near Granish Moor, Aviemore, where last recorded in 1909. Unlikely to be recorded in Hampshire or on the Isle of Wight. Wingspan 11-14 mm. Larva associated with Mountain Everlasting.
