Recorded infrequently through accidental importation in raspberry canes from mainland Europe, this recent addition to the British list was first discovered in Britain on the Hertfordshire-Cambridgeshire border in 2007/8. Not recorded in Hampshire or on the Isle of Wight to date. Wingspan 22-32 mm. Larva feeds within roots of Raspberry, over-wintering twice.
