Rare in hedgerows and woodland at scattered locations in the south-east of England. In Hampshire and Isle of Wight recorded once, at Martyr Worthy on 18 May 1974, this being the first British record. Wingspan 13-15 mm. Larva feeds within fruits of Bramble and Raspberry.
